We had our ultrasound a couple weeks ago and we decided to let the gender be a surprise! We have always found out with all three of our kids, so we decided to try something different.

Backyard Pool
Okay, I absolutely LOVE having a pool in our backyard! When we first saw this house, I thought for sure that I would hate the pool and that one of my kids would drown. However, I LOVE it! Tyler and Lindsay are so entertained in the pool. Lindsay wears a life jacket and Tyler is like a little fish. So, I put Anna down for her nap and then the kids swim and I get lots of stuff done...like blogging! It is so great!

Ocean Baptism
Last Saturday, I went to my very first ocean baptism. It was really cool. Jon was asked to be the baptizer.

May Birthdays!
In May, Jon turned 31 and Tyler turned 6.
Tyler wanted me to make him a Transformers snake cake, so I made the snake cake and put some tranformer guys around it. Tyler's favorite gift was the "electric" guitar he got! We decided to do birthday parties every other year since they can get really expensive. So this year was our "off" year and we had a family party. We told him that he go could go anywhere he wanted for his birthday, but he just wanted to stay home, order pizza, and play with his new toys.
For Jon's birthday, we went to the beach and then opened presents and had cake!
Jon and the kids after a long day at the beach! Check out my wallpaper in the background. Isn't it ugly? I hate it! We are renting our house in Florida, so we can't tear it down! If I owned the house, the wallpaper would be the first thing to go!
Boston
In May, we went to Boston! Jon had a medical conference and since I've never been to Boston, I wanted to go check it out. Jon's mom flew here and babysat Tyler and Lindsay and we took Anna with us to Boston.

Disney World
We went to Disney World at the beginning of April. It was our first time since we've been in Florida. It was really crowded, but we had lots of fun anyway. We also went to SeaWorld's new water park called Aquatica.

Blogging is Dangerous!
So I've decided to attempt a blog. Here's the problem...do I really have time for it?? Also, when I was trying to set up my blog, Anna (my 18 month old) came into the office with 2 very sharp knives. Can I blog and watch my kids at the same time? I guess we'll find out if blogging is really for me and if my kids survive!
